  • Play It Again Piano Studio

    (8 reviews)

Join me for piano lessons and have tons of fun learning a new skill while enriching your life with music. I give weekly 30-minute piano lessons to children, grades 1 through 12, and adults ranging from beginners through advanced. Students direct their lessons after the basics are learned by suggesting songs and the types of music they want to learn how to play. In this way, piano classes are student-centered allowing students the power to decide the direction they want to go with their music. We have fun while learning about music and learning how to play the piano. My goal is to instill a love of music in each and every student, and an ability to play the music they want. Check out my website for more information.

Dr. Fiess was a prize winner in the Ernst Krenek Division of the 1989 Joanna Hodges International Piano Competition. Dr. Fiess has composed ballets that have been performed in Colorado and a ballet that was performed at the International Dance Festival of Havana, Cuba. • Modern Medicis

    (6 reviews)

I absolutely love teaching piano to kids ages 5 and up as well as adult beginners or those returning to the piano after a long hiatus. Your first 1/2 hour lesson is free so we can get to know each other and our teaching/learning styles. I have more than 10 years of experience teaching adults and kids, including faculty positions at DePaul U., Colorado State U., and currently, Metro State U. I also work closely with the music departments at DU and UNC. I have a master's degree from Eastman and do a lot of performing for students, faculty, Colorado Symphony members and guest artists who come to town. Teaching piano, though, is one of the most fun and enjoyable parts of my job. I usually ask that students come to me for lessons, though we may be able to work out me coming to you if it fits in my schedule.
