Larry and his team at Loco Designs are incredible. They are very responsive, professional, and efficient. I needed half my basement finished, and they did it within five days, including new plumbing for a new sink. Everything looks perfect. They even cleaned up everyday after they were finished. My basement looks great. I highly recommended them for any building needs.

Larry's team updated my powder room, patching and smoothing drywall, painting walls, ceiling and trim and installing new fixtures. The price was reasonable, and they did a great job on everything but the paint. I didn't realize at first but only one coat of paint was applied. While the coverage on the walls was OK, the trim and ceiling required another coat which I had another painter I knew (who was working on a neighbor's house) do to get proper coverage and crisp lines where the ceiling and walls meet. He also caulked a gap between one wall and the door trim. Now it looks great, but I had to pay extra to get the finished look I wanted. To be fair, I didn't ask Larry's team back to fix the issue (I just wanted it done and the other painter was available immediately) so I am giving 4 stars because everything else was done well.
