I put out a request on Thumbtack and am so glad I was contacted by Home Tech Experts, LLC. Erick responded quickly and assured me he could fix my problem for good. And he did. He installed the Ubiqiti system, the only brand he carries, and finally we have reliable wifi. Erick was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and prompt with communication. Most importantly, he did fix our problem and we can now function in our new home. I cannot recommend Erick and his company, Home Tech Experts, LLC, highly enough."See more

Resolving it was more complicated since the new host wanted us to verify things through email which was still being directed to the previous hosting site. This meant the email was non-functional and we were stuck in a catch-22. Punit was able to finally get it resolved and stayed with the issue until he could verify everything worked as planned, Would definitely use them again should another issue arise."See more
