I will take the time to explain all components of the house and answer any questions you may have. Customer Service is my top priority, that is why I only do 1 Inspection a day. This way we won’t feel rushed and can take our time and be thorough. A high quality report, including photos, text, summary and even “the professional for the job” will be emailed to you the same day (in most cases). Along with a “Material Defects” section makes it quick and easy to see major problems/issues (negotiation points).
