We checked the water connections to the washer and the cold-water shutoff was leaking. I Googled “plumbers near me” and Royal Service Plumbing popped up. I read all of the reviews and decided this was what I was looking for. I called, made an appointment with a very bubbly lady. Dave Choka came to our house, inspected the problem and explained what he was going to do and how he would do it. We had an additional problem with the incoming water and Dave explained what was happening. Dave was very professional in explanations, very detailed in his work and we now have new washer hookups and a new house pressure protection system. Thank you, Dave, for your excellent work."See more

They provided me the breakdown of the prices and gave me my options. I didn’t feel pressured to take the most expensive option. They were even very willing to work on my schedule. They came in for a free estimate, and said they can get it done right then. They gave me an estimate on how long it would take them, and when I said I have an appointment that day, they were willing to come back another day that fits my schedule better. I went ahead and got my exhaust fan installed that day, and it was actually much faster than their estimate! They said they just wanted to give me the estimate of the longest time just in case. I really liked that so I wouldn’t be surprised. Briana and her helper were great! And High 5 was great. Great value and fast response. Thank you, High 5!
