- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You may be paying by the session, but you are also getting value outside of our time together. I provide programs and plans to support our training sessions together to ultimately reach your goals faster!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we meet, I will listen to your goals, frustrations, and health and training history. After assessing your basic movement patterns, we discuss my training recommendations that are individualized based on your specific needs. Once we agree on a plan, we will meet regularly to progress and evolve your training!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
