Worked with Drew @ Fixalize after my own unsatisfactory attempts to fix print problem via numerous YTube videos. Re: blue color of 3-color print head on HP 6000 smart tank that was evidently clogged, most likely from infrequent printer use. Common problem with ink jets! Drew had seen this situation before and gave me several tips in conscientious effort to save me a chargeable house call if possible. This is, in my view, putting the customer--not the dollar--first. He answered all my calls and kept commitments punctually. We both believed the problem with the faulty printhead could be fixed but YT provided only a-one-size-fits-all answer. I could not find any HP repair facilities in my area, for shame! Working together, Drew and I discovered a fix that does not appear in any YT videos. My printer with original (clogged blue) is now happily back on line. I bought a replacement printhead last week just in case, but did not have to use it!
