Arturo reglued and reupholstered 8 antique chairs, which were very unstable and in a couple cases broken (we had the pieces). He and his crew did a great job on them all, and in a timely way. I highly recommend him.

Ely Lira reupholstered an antique (approximately 80-90 years old) recliner/glider chair for us. the antique piece belonged to my husband's grandfather and was in such poor condition we were considering throwing it out. The cushions were completely torn, the wood was scratched, and the springs were broken to the point where when you sat on the chair, you practically sat all the way down to the floor! That's where Ely came in! Ely came to our apartment to give us a free estimate. He provided us with a selection of fabrics and also a recommendation of a fabric store in our location. He came back to pick up the chair as well as the fabric (3 trips to our apartment by this point). He completed the work in about 2 weeks and the personally delivered the chair back to us. WOW, what can I say but the chair looks OUTSTANDING! I could never imagine that it would look as good as it does. The fabric looks perfect, the springs are springy, and even the wood has been de-scuffed. We are SO happy with the work. I would definitely recommend Ely's work to anybody looking to get an antique piece of furniture reupholstered.

I highly recommend Francois to anyone reading this. I've been a customer of his for several years now, and In that time, he's assisted me with: new flooring, ceiling renovations, furniture fabrication and installation, plumbing, electrical work, painting, wall and ceiling repair, and appliance repair / replacement. I hired Mr. Newman based on recommendations from friends, but I continued to use him because I have yet to meet a handyman / contractor who is as consistently responsive, honest, and fairly priced as he is. Work was completed as quoted and on budget, something that has been very hard to find in my experience. If you want quality work, at a good price, without playing phone tag for days; look no further!

Glen did an AMAZING job restoring an antique table that has been in my family for 4 generations. I was very nervous to have anyone refinish the top or repair the leg, but I am glad I trusted Glen to do so. He was super responsive, friendly, professional and takes pride in his work. The table now looks the perfect balance of polished and distressed. Thank you Glen!!! (3 before photos and 1 after photo attached)

We were looking for someone to both refinish some very old but well-made furniture that was in very bad condition and also do some minor touch-up work on many pieces of furniture throughout our home. Louis gave an estimate based on photos we emailed and the estimate didn't change once he came to the house to see it. His price was about half that of an estimate we got from another company. We were so thrilled with the transformation of our furniture, which Louis researched and found it to have been built in 1880.

We could not be happier with Dennis's work....our house looks amazing. It is a late 1800's construction that required a complete lead abatement and restoration. Dennis and his crew stripped it down to bare wood meticulously, replaced clapboards and trim, repaired the back porch and antique garage doors, and today it is a show piece, which the Historical Society wants to include in their next house tour! Dennis was instrumental in guiding us toward the perfect color scheme and design, which admittedly was not our original idea, but in retrospect turned out perfectly....we can't thank Dennis and Pro Quality enough for all they did. Dennis goes above and beyond to get every last detail just right, and his customer's satisfaction is clearly the highest priority. A true master at what he does....

A large cottage-type coffee table had seen better days and was ready for the toss out. But when my friend Diane saw it, she told me she was into repurposing old furniture and could easily revitalize my coffe table giving it another life for me to enjoy. And after several brief visits the coffee table was miraculously good as new. Diane saved the table I loved and saved me hundreds in replacement costs!

About

I restore 1930s through1950s "vintage furniture." I do careful wood restoration and chalk paint coloring, and presto! Drab, unwanted furnishings become unique, striking conversation pieces. Paint colors will vary from bright to muted, although I believe that bright colors are especially good at bringing old furniture back to life with a bang. I restore and may repurpose dressers, occasional tables, coffee tables, end tables, desks, bookcases, chests, kitchen or dining tables and chairs, individual chairs, cribs, children's furniture and other items, if requested. I will restore or repurpose furniture manufactured later than 1950 if requested by an individual client.

About

Our services include new and old furniture restoration and interior painting. Quality finish is all about paint! We are serious people!
