We had a good experience. They were very responsive and able to get started within two days of giving a quote. We had carpet removed, floors were refinished in 3 rooms and 1 hallway, and installed in 3 rooms. Jose was super flexible and understanding with us as we navigated a lot of things simultaneously.

I had a rotted piece of wood in my floor that was installed 2 years ago by another company. I didn’t feel comfortable going back to the original company so I contacted Jose. Jose was able diagnose the problem over the phone, then stopped by to remove and replace the rotted wood in my floor. Jose seems knowledgeable and trustworthy and for that reason I’ll use his company again in the near future to remove carpet and install hardwood in my bedroom.
