Was a great service but everything was extra, 3 hours cleaning was 180 or so and he came with a woman who basically cleaned everything. In that 3 hours if you added fridge or stove cleaning and it was still same time frame, thed charge an extra 60 per additional task. I think it's too much being that it's still in same time frame. Even to organize closet they wanted extra. My house is not that dirty, so one time we clean certain things and other time different things, should not cost so much One time my bill was 340 for 3.5 hours, with the woman doing most work while the guy walked around bossing her, and that's when I decided that I'm not going to use them anymore. Overall if you don't mind overpaying, then they do clean pretty good
Graziella performed everything I asked for to perfection. She cleaned all the cabinets and closets and organized them all. They look great! She also cleaned out the litter box and washed the cat bowls without asking. My place looks and smells so clean! She is flexible, accommodating and trustworthy. I have recommended her to my friends. Will definitely keep having her back to clean every other week.
We have had Bob come several different times to organize our garage, family room, and kids play room. Every time he comes with a great attitude and never seems like he's overwhelmed with the task (even when the stacks in the garage were taller than he is). He works quietly and diligently only asking for me when he gets a stack of items grouped for me to look at. He has proven to be reliable and very honest. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs organizing help.
My place was gross. There's no other way to put it. I didn't have the time or energy after a long day of work and running errands before things closed to even look at my bedroom's mess- forget the kitchen. I talked to Bernard, who was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable, and left it all to him and his team. I when came back home, and the house was spotless! Hire Rose! Rose is an exceptional cleaner and organizer and her energy and positive attitude are completely contagious. I just started working with her yesterday. I went from dreading housework to being excited about it in less than an hour. She is incredible. I plan on working with her for a long time. She is much more than a house cleaner and organizer. While respecting your dignity (you will quickly learn you don't have to be embarrassed about anything with Rose) she helps you become organized in a way that works for your family and teaches you how to make this organization last. Aniete was incredible! Her attention to detail was second to none! You can tell she takes pride in her work and does it extremely well. I will continue to use Aniete monthly or even bi-weekly. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I would absolutely recommend Aniete's Cleaning Service. Aniete folded our laundry, organized our book shelf from large to small books, and even had time to display our tissues in an amazing swan-like structure. That's above and beyond. It was important for me to connect with the organizer I hired. I needed her to understand that I have issues with focus and get distracted easily. Amy really empathized with me as she is a mom too and is used to juggling a lot. She has a calm and patient way about her which doesn't intimidate. She helped me to stay on task with the project of organizing my office and personal spaces. I felt like the clutter was taking over my life and just had a feeling of being stuck. Amy understood there are items I wasn't ready to part with but made me realize that some stuff just didn't make me feel emotionally attached anymore, so I purged a lot. We created memory bins for each member of the family, separated items to donate and others to try to sell. The items to donate, she just took that same day and then gave me a receipt. She knew if we left them there, they'd stay in that same spot for a year. I will definitely have Amy back to tackle other rooms of the house or help with special organizing projects in my home and my husband's office!
I have an 80's condo that needs a full remodel and wasn't sure where to start. Mark was recommended to me by a coworker. He came in, looked the place over, discussed my must haves and my wish list and gave me an estimate on the first project. Starting on the main level he removed a partition wall to open my kitchen. Then he removed the popcorn finish on my cathedral ceiling, refinished and painted it. I was very happy with the results so I had him continue with my list. I work a lot so I gave him a key. He comes and goes as he needs to and I have no worries. He installed my bamboo floors on a diagional because it's the design I wanted. When I couldn't get trim to match he took flooring to his shop and made custom transitions and thresholds. He installed a tile entry with more custom trim. He built an island where the wall had been to hold my new sink and dishwasher which included relocating the plumbing, electrical and all new outlets. He even made "countertops" out of cardboard so I could see exactly how it would all fit in the room and where to locate the faucet. Through all of this he has been easygoing and helpful with the many decisions I needed to make. He also had no problem with me doing what I can-painting and cabinets to keep costs down and working with the tradesmen I brought in to do code work. I have recommended him to friends and family one of whom thanked me for sending her "a guy who is so honest" when he told her it would be cheaper for her to replace a damaged ceiling than to have him patch it up. Next will be new floors, more popcorn removal, ceiling fixtures and new tile in the bathroom upstairs and Mark will be doing all of it. This is not my first reno but it is as easier than any of the others. I will post pictures shortly so you can see why I'm so happy.
