I just have to say, Juste Hors D'Oeuvres catering was so helpful with catering our wedding and working within our budget With the food planning left up to me (the groom), Marylyn was so accommodating and helpful with the semi-last minute planning and letting us know what we needed to think about. She totally helped with coordinating a great menu, with suggestions on how to balance the meal with the choices we made. The entire menu, from the appetizers through dessert, and how great everything tasted was definitely a subject of conversation with the wedding guests. Marylyn and Lisa handled everything for us, taking a big load off of our preparation and let us focus on the other things that needed to be done. Each course was paced perfectly and so seamlessly that is felt like there was always something coming around. Totally recommend!! Thanks again Marylyn and Lisa, you helped make our wedding day!!
Initially contacted Rich to do the bartending at my 50th birthday party. After discussing my catering plans with Rich, he proposed that he stays in the kitchen and coordinates the food while he brings in additional people to help with the bar and serving the food. I am very happy with Rich in the way he managed the kitchen and the servers. In summary I would say Rich personally did an excellent job and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Rich and his crew cleaned up everything after the party. We only had a minimum amount to do the next day.
Chef Michel and his staff are an impeccable catering business to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Everything came out perfect and the food was to die for. Chef Michel took my vision for my event and brought it to life with his team. I will be hiring Chef Michel and his team for future events.
Chef catered a large family gathering (24 people with 6 kids) in a home we rented in the hamptons. He and his staff were amazing. They were professional, fun to work with, and easy to work with as well! The food was delicious. He even created a cocktail of "the day" that was a smashing success! (+ he brought a bartender to help) I originally went with Chef Plum because when I put the bid out for the event Chef had the most creative ideas for menu, drinks and was great to talk to on the phone. I knew from the start that he'd be easy to work with. From day 1 to the day of the event, he was amazing. Always responsive, helpful and took a ton off our "plate" as he helped organize rentals, glassware, and a lot of other details. This was an amazing event thanks to chef and his team. I highly recommend him!!
Overall, it was one of the best catered events I've ever attended and, trust me, there have been many events over the years between graduations, showers, weddings, special birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Right from our first interaction, Cameron made me feel that the success of our event was important to him!! That made all the difference. They were patient with my many questions, professional, honest, personable, and they offered excellent advice. The food, presentation, and service were all superb! I received numerous compliments on the quality of the food, the generous portions and multiple questions regarding the identity of the caterer!! We were so happy to have chosen Chef Anne to cater our Mom's 90th Birthday Party. From my first conversation with her to follow up email she was helpful professional and provided first rate service. Chef Anne made recommendations as well as guided me thru selecting Glueten Free etc type dietary concerns. I felt like Ive known her for years as she is so easy to work with, now I have a friend in the catering business. We had many positive comments how delicious everything was and I would recommend her and will be happy to call her again.
