We had our double retirement party catered by Ray's Catering and the food was excellent. We ordered meatballs, sausage peppers and onions, baked chicken breast, macaroni and cheese and ziti with sauce. Everything was delicious and tasty. My favorite item was the sausage peppers and onions. Everyone loved the food and believe me it all went. Ray is very personable and very nice to work with. Give him a all for your next party. I will definitely will be calling him again. Thank you Ray for the great food.
We are just in the planning process for our cooking lesson so I can't speak to the cooking yet, but Joe has been great to be in communication with! Joe's been so flexible with menu, time frame, etc and very pleasant on the phone...can't wait for the lesson!
Incredible! We heard about Chef Nickolas Holiday from friends who have hired him recently. After a few emails and phone calls Chef Nick showed up and served a 6 course dinner for me and 7 of my girl friends. We started with mango strawberry bellinis paired with these baked oyster with cheese and blue berry topping, along with proscuitto wrapped shrimp baked with a balsamic raspberry mixture. The next course was smoked chicken salad with a home made sweet and tangy dressing with goat cheese and grapes. Next was an itlian sausage and spinach pasta in red sauce over rigatoni. Then Chef Nick invited us into the kitchen to watch him cook skate wing, which is a beautiful fish that looks like angel wings. It was the best tasting fish we have ever had outside of Manhattan. For the main entree we had a middle eastern style lamb with a apricot and mint glazed topped crushed pistachios. Simply amazing..... And the presentation was artful. Finally came dessert. Berry filled creppes with butterscotch banana topping. Served with hot gin tea drink which im assuming is a signature thing. All all, the food was INCREDIBlE, the service was perfect and the chef was entertaining. I have and will continue to recommend CT Take Home Chef and Chef Nick to everyone.
I ordered two dozen gluten-free cupcakes for my son's 9th birthday party. Dawn was professional, friendly, and helpful during the ordering process. She decorated the cupcakes in the theme of the party, and delivered them to my home precisely when she said she would arrive. The cupcakes were not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious! I felt great to be able to offer treats for all of the children in attendance. It felt even better knowing they were baked with natural ingredients and love. I am so glad that I found her; I was able to enjoy the party without my usual worries and stress around preparing the cake! I completely recommend Dawn and her baking expertise!
Joan was an AMAZING business owner who was an AMAZING Cook. She even took the time and energy to learn how to make Gluten free foods and was amazing and made all of her food with love which I believe is one of the reasons why all her food was amazing and why she had regular customers on a regular basis.
Working with Kristyn has been a dream! I had the pleasure of ordering a birthday cake from her and it was all I hoped for and more. I wanted a specialty cake shaped like a handbag for my mothers 50th birthday party and that's EXACTLY what I got. I was feeling indecisive about the colors and flavors to choose but she was able to direct me in a design and flavor combination that was both beautiful and delicious. Roger was extremely professional start to finish. My girlfriends and I had a cooking party and had a blast. He presented a few different menus and we worked together to define our "lesson". He even suggested wine pairings. Overall, we had fun, learned some new techniques, and had a fabulous meal. And he left my kitchen spotless! Can't recommend Roger enough!
