Ann B. says, "They were very quick to come out and personable. Two of them arrived at my house and quickly replaced the two outside Bibs (faucets). The job took 15 minutes but I thought was very expensive. They charged $1000. I had another quote from a plumber who quoted $500 to replace two Bibs, but he wasn't available for a week. Bondi was available within 24 hours. In hindsight, it wasn't an emergency, so I should have waited and saved $500, and I should have asked Bondi Brothers for an appx price when I called their office to make the appointment. Since they came out and were already at my house when they gave me the quote, we had them do the work. We have more plumbing projects, and while they were there, they gave us another quote, but it's just too high. They were fine to work with but for us too expensive."See more

David R. says, "I had a pin hole leaked on the main drain pipe of the house. This resulted in my family not being abled to use sink, shower, dish washer etc. I called them on Tuesday and they were able to get someone to come in the next day. The plumber looked at the problem gave me a price and worked on it. He did warn me that he will replace the pipe but in the process of cutting the pipe, that the job could be more complex if the cutting process does not go through. I do appreciate his honesty in the situation. Glad to say he was able to repair the job with the price he quoted me on and we are bac in working order. Thank you again"See more
