Update: so after 8 months or so, the leak was observed again in the recent heavy rain. The work was done nicely in Apr2024 and contract said one year warranty. We are still in the warranty period, I am requesting Javier to come and check why this leak happened at the same spot after 8-9month. Just to make sure everything is fine with the flashing/roof cricket. But they are not willing to come. That’s not accepted. We are still in the warranty period.
They worked really hard to solve my roof leak issues. And eventually came with the cricket flashing idea , which did the work. Thank you guys for your hard work

Javier and his team did an amazing job finding and fixing the leak in my roof. I had several roofers come out and take a look and the all said something different. I spent thousands of dollars and still the leak was not fixed. Thanks to Javier for finding the source of the leak and for properly fixing the section of the roof that needed to be fixed. They also replaced my chimney by removing all the bricks and installing new ones. I was away from my property and he had no issues sending me pictures of the work ever day. They stayed all day until the was dark.

They did excellent job on repairing damage to the outside of my hoise where a deck was and finished in one day. Communicated through the whole process. On time and exceeded my expectations. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
