Gabriel Gordon has a unique style of training that pushes you to your limit. He is patient but does require you to maximize your result with proper diet and knowledge of what you are putting In your body. I love the boot camp sessions. and the class environment is Positive and Energetic!!!

I have been training with Christina at Active Wellness for the past 14 months, a new fitness record for me! I've never been able to stick with a fitness program before coming to Active Wellness, but with Christina's gentle but persistent guidance I've been able to stay with the program and make real progress - 10 lbs and 2 sizes lost, plus better mood and lots more energy (and no injuries). Now I'm doing boot camp with Christina and Drew, and actually look forward to going. Christina and Drew are professional, knowledgeable, kind and supportive to people at every fitness level.
I have had the privilege of taking Lindsey's boot camp classes, the classes are fun, energizing, leaving you wanting more. It is a complete workout. She is able to cheer on every one taking her class and provide individual coaching when needed. Her coaching pushes you to exceed your limit, leaving feeling great. I have been training with Tania for about 6 months now, and I would be confident to say that you will not find a better personal trainer in the area! Her attentiveness, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge are things that have encouraged me to continue training with her time and time again. Jana Heath is the best at what she does. Her workouts are challenging but achievable, and after wards I am always so happy I went and I feel great all day. You're in good hands with Jana because of her knowledge about the body, exercise and nutrition. For example, last year I fractured a bone in my hand, and she always had a modification for me so I could still get a great work out. We have a lot of laughs while we work hard. She also sends out the best emails and blogs about all kinds of topics. She had a few month-long challenges for us that were really fun, too. And last of all, I lost inches.

Becky's boot camp is an awesome way to get a great work out! Becky is very knowledgeable and makes the workouts accessible to all different work out levels. I lack motivation to work out by myself so if you're like me, this workout group is perfect!! Keeps you motivated for the whole time and it's fun because you're with other people!!

South Eastern Connecticut Fitness Bootcamp is a results-driven conditioning program that will shape, tone, and define your body. There are two class times at 60-minute duration per class. The classes are conducted "on the move" in an indoor/outdoor environment. The class is conducted utilizing a military-style format, using innovative and creative exercises in fitness. South Eastern Connecticut Fitness Bootcamp workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training, resistance bands, jump ropes, yoga mats, and stairs. I expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, relays, scavenger hunts, group challenges, wheelbarrow races, kickboxing, plyometrics, box drills, obstacle course, and guerrilla drills. On top of the amazing exercise regimen, you will also receive a nutrition journal and sample menu/meal plans ($25 value). These will be handed out on the first day of class.
