Working with Bartenders Express at my company's summer outing was wonderful. John is friendly, professional, and has exellent communication and customer service. He was always available to speak on the phone and over email, and was flexible in customizing the order for my guests' preferences. He made great suggestions for the drinks and all guests had a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Bartenders Express for any corporate or social event.
Jessica and her team made a special family-hosted event even more special. It was all put together in under a week and she helped us to make it happen. I cannot say enough about how professional and personable and just plain wonderful they were from start to finish, and I mean from the first contact for pre-planning, for the actual event itself, and until the last moment of clean-up. I hired Platter Matters Catering for my 40th Birthday Party. Ivett did a phenomenal job planning the entire event! She took care of all the rentals and flower arrangements, too. Bernadett helped me create a custom menu(many allergies in the family). The staff was very friendly and professional. All of my guests raved about their food and service. We hired Vickie for the Baby Shower. Vickie did an amazing job decorating the event hall. My wife was excited after seeing the arrangements that Vickie made. She was thrilled and happy that the event was well panned and managed. All the guests were also impressed with the event (decoration and planning). It was one of the best days of our life. All the credit goes to Vickie for making this event a memorable one.
We had a company party for 300 people. Kathy was a pleasure to deal with during the planning stage and the presentation and food quality was excellent. She guaranteed me that we would not run out of food, and we didn't. Her prices are excellent. We will certainly use her again in the future.
Victoria and her team were such an important part of making our day perfect! I had no worries the day of my wedding because Victoria had my vision down to every last detail! I feel like I could write a novel about how awesome it was to work with Tammie and the fam at Desert Vines Events. I'll just highlight some of my favorite things and give you a TL;DR - five stars---no, ten stars. Would hire again in a heartbeat, no need to look anywhere else. - Little creative details everywhere!! Hire Desert Vines if you want someone who can truly help you create a DIY wedding on a shoestring budget. I can only imagine what she could do with a full budget! - Tammie let me take the lead, even when I proposed some crazy ideas. She never shot them down, either... she'd just go through the logistics to make sure we'd thought of everything. I liked the way, when I would suggest something kinda weird, she would very gently tell me what she thought and suggest alternatives---but if I pressed on, she would step back and let me do my thing. That meant a lot to me. It was good to have someone keeping me grounded, but also who would step back and let me take risks if I wanted to. - Immediately after hiring her, Tammie quickly identified and addressed any tasks that I had overlooked or was dragging my feet on, and took care of them completely. Her doing this gave me the space to focus on my favorite parts of event planning, and allowed me to let go of some aspects that I cared less about. All the tasks she took over for me proceeded to run seamlessly at the event; I didn't have to think twice about them. - Tammie was endlessly patient and kind, even when I got stressed out. She always found a way to look on the bright side of things, which I find to be a great quality in a planner. - It was genuinely fun to brainstorm ideas with her. She's so creative and craftsy, we were able to do so much with relatively little... everything looked soo beautiful in the end. - Her crew was so sweet and friendly, and always on the lookout for ways they could help during the event. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tammie and the Desert Vines crew. What a beautiful wedding we put together. <3 Highly recommend. Couldn't have done it without them.
For my 35 birthday, I wanted to throw a huge celebration and enjoy it with friends and family. I couldn't think of anyone else to trust my special day with other than Sophia. Her level of professionalism and attention to detail surpasses any event planner I have ever worked with. Sophia not only organized a system that allowed me to be updated on a regular basis but also arranged for menu tastings, identified a photographer, decorations, and visited several venues with me prior to helping me make the right decision. She was a life saver because I am not very well organized but she made the entire process simple, easy, and fun. She took the stress out of event planning! On my big day she even surprised me with a wall of pictures and lovely quotes from my dear friends! It was a celebration to be remembered and I now trust all my event planning to Sophia & Co!

After many disappointing conversations with "would be" event planners and listening to them talk AT me rather than to ME... I came across SVN Events and gave them a call. It quickly became evident; after speaking with Steve, that I needed to search no further and I enlisted his services to help make my once childhood dream a reality. Working with Steve from SVN events was an extreme pleasure. He was super attentive to detail; big and small, refreshingly creative as well as resourceful, and extremely professional and responsive. I reached out to SVN Events to help oversee and coordinate my summer wedding...which entailed 300+ attendees, many years of visions and very vocal family members that; at times, were opinionated and aggressive. This proved to be no match for Steve and he was able to work with and relate to them all. He was dedicated to the process and delivered on all of the visions that I had always dreamed of. He took the time to explore and discuss all of my immediate needs and concerns and even gave me more attention than I think I deserved. Any "obstacle" or concerns I may have had at any point throughout the wedding planning was immediatly addressed and resolved by his professionalism and expertise. I dont think I realized just how much work Steve really did until I saw evidence in the photo and video footage and received countless compliments after the event from attendees. SVN events delivered above and beyond anything I had envisioned for my special day and without him I am certain the day would not have been as incredible as it truly was. Magical doesnt even begin to do it justice and two years later it is still being remarked about as the best wedding people have ever been to. I attribute much of that to Steve and SVN Events and am fortunate to have found them.
Charlene did a Great job for our babies 1st birthday. He loves Barney and unfortunately Barney is a little outdated and there's not much out there to buy as far as decorations go. Charlene actually found a big Barney Balloon, along with other things which, when the baby walked in, he went straight to it and wouldn't stop "talking" to it. :) He was a happy birthday boy!!! Charlene was there before me and had everything set up for us. We were in from out of town so that we could celebrate with family so it was a huge help to have her do this for us since we were pressed for time. She even left me things to use such as speakers for music and utensils for the food. She was a huge help and everything I needed she had! I would highly recommend Charlene. She was reliable, available and was prompt getting back to me via email and texts as questions I had would come up. She also returned towards the end of the party to help me clean up.
