I met Michael when I became a member at Title Boxing in Milford. After taking a few of his kickboxing classes and hearing that he was one of the top 3 trainers at the gym I decided to try private training with him to gain muscle and lose fat. Before starting our sessions, he shared his personal weight loss journey and showed me a few "before" and "after" pictures. i was beyond impressed at his dedication to going to the gym every day for hours and how quickly he was able to drop 100 pounds and even more amazed that he didn't hire help but instead chose to learn about eating clean and taking care of the body on his own. After our first rigorous but fun session (although excited I was SO NOT READY for all the cardio and exercises with new equipment I had never used before...felt like death) I felt rejuvenated and ready to take on more! Over the next few months I continued with sessions twice a week until my training package expired with the club. To continue taking private sessions at a cheaper rate, I decided to end my membership seeing as it was no longer needed since I can still do boxing with michael outside Title. Beyond happy with my progress so far and will probably continue to train with Michael for another year or so until I get the hang of it on my own.
