- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is $150 for 50 minutes. This includes re-figuring body mechanics, strengthening those aches and pains, strengthening muscles and educating on use of body mechanics and gait analysis
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start everyone off with a free virtual consultation and then we start the planning of days and times to then booking sessions!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to be an opera singer for 9 years! It always took a toll on my body to always "keep my shoulders back" it never occurred to me that it was my hips that I had to worry about later on after my career. I saw posture in a different light and I want to share that with and help many people with their posture and strength! Maybe even give some singing lessons on the way!
