He knows how to get you to challenge yourself and push yourself harder than you think you are capable of all while also knowing when you are at your limit and need to take a break or modify what you are doing. Revival Fitness is a small place, not a "gym", so you will get a one on one workout with David and usually only a few other people in the place at the same time so you don't have to worry about feeling intimidated. I have been a member of several gyms, and this gym is one of the best. The membership prices are spot on with what they offer. I love going to each training as i know i am getting the best benefits. The staff are always very pleasant, I walk in the door feeling welcome. The amount of equipment they have is also really great. My past gyms were always missing something, they were too small or didn't offer classes or their trainers weren't that great. Horizon Personal Training has a nice balance of everything!

Jason is an excellent personal trainer, and someone I would highly recommend to friends and family of all fitness levels. I worked out with Jason for about 4 months leading up to my destination wedding, and certainly glad that I did. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and was able to tailor a program specifically to me and all my imperfections. Jason is extremely personable and easy to talk to and gives you that feeling of "oh yeah maybe I can do this". In terms of results you will be optimizing every second of the time you spend in the gym when you work out with Jason. He will make certain you are doing exactly what you need to be doing, and exactly when you need to be doing it. If you're like me and get in the gym and stare at the equipment wondering what to do next, that problem will quickly be solved. Throw out all the excuses we all use, bad knee, shoulder injury, no time, etc. Give Jason a call, get in for a consult, and let him help get you back on track. I was a 30 something newbie to working and out and after a few months with Jason I gained enough confidence in my ability to work out productively and safely enough that I was able to venture out on my own. When I need that kick in the butt to get me reinvigorated I know who to call. I was enjoying my sessions with Jason so much, that I started bringing my wife. Jason was able to put something together where she and I could work out together and have fun doing it. I was really impressed with how well he adapted to my request and took time to develop a workout routine for 2 people that kept us both moving without too much wait time between exercises. Some even involved a little healthy competition, which was motivational. I could go on and on but very sincerely and highly recommend Jason.

Jason has been my personal trainer since March 2011. When I met Jason four years ago, I was suffering from a neck injury, problems with balance (I fell all the time) and was overweight. I had been to several doctors and physical therapists with limited results. The first time I met Jason, he told me he could help correct my neck issues. I said, "If you can do that, then sign me up!" He did wonders for my neck (I can now sleep at night!), balance (I don't fall anymore) and I also lost 35 pounds in less than six months (and significantly reduced my body fat) . He has superior knowledge and knew exactly what my problems were and how to help correct them. Jason is very personable and extremely supportive. I highly recommend Jason as a Personal Trainer- no matter what age bracket or health condition you're in. Susan, 56 years young!

I have worked with Gerran for about 6 sessions so far and I would definitely recommend him. He really knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable in his field. We have worked out at a limited capacity gym but he still made it work by adapting to it fast. First of all, Deborah (she prefers to be called Jade), is unique and that's what appealed to me. She helped me define and set fitness goals, then she came up with my conditioning plan. I've been working out with Jade for a few weeks, already I see positive results and I feel better about myself. THAT alone is priceless. She brings the right blend of professionalism, inspiration, and if need be a "kick in the butt" motivation. I would highly recommend Jade to anyone looking to become more physically fit. If you want measurable results choose Jade, if you want someone to hold your hand go with ordinary Joe or vanilla Jane. Hard work for sure, but a healthy body, mind, and spirit are very obtainable. I've workout with Casey for over three years during his time in Chicago and until he relocated out of state, over this period of time I have improved my fitness level tremendously, I am a runner and I have PR'd in every distance several times since he became my strength trainer, I went from running a marathon in 3:38:49 to 3:28:36!!!
