This initial session serves as a comprehensive movement assessment where I evaluate your current execution, joint limitations, and specific goals. It is a fully interactive, hands-on session, I will assess your body while we get you moving and warming up. An opportunity to see if we're a good fit! • Single Session — $150 (60 minutes) Ideal for a trial or a quick technique check-in before committing to a long-term goal. • The 10-Session Package — $1,350 ($135/session) Perfect for establishing a consistent routine. Most clients choose to utilize this 2x per week over 5 weeks, but scheduling is flexible based on your availability (1x to 3x per week). • The 20-Session Package — $2,500 ($125/session) Designed for sustainable, long-term results, postural correction, and building true physical autonomy.
