After finally coming to the conclusion last weekend that after years of not being able to use my guestroom as a guestroom (nor even being able to get into it). That I was unable to get it organized on my own, it just overwhelmed me so I couldn’t get it organized and cleaned out (let alone several other rooms in the house). I finally decided I need a declutter so I reached out to Thumbtack and I received six bids something about Zandra site reached out to me and made me thing she would truly understand how difficult it is to let go of things. I am so glad I picked her, she helped me through my anxiety and now I have THREE rooms I can actually walk into. This morning I woke up feeling great, instead of walking by or ignoring things I was picking them up and putting them where they belong. I am actually looking forward to going home this evening. What was so helpful to our family was Zandra’s professionalism and focus, and he ability to work immediately and for long hours. Decluttering can be a sensitive matter for the owner of the belongings needing to be removed - Zandra and her team are firm but sensitive when pushing the work forward. Admittedly, our house was a mess after moving out! I got a fast response from LD with a quote and had a phone call to go over more in depth what I needed done. She went by the house and called me back with a more detailed list of what she could do. She was always on time to view the house and to do the cleaning. I didn't meet her in person until the job was done but she kept me up to date on her arrival and progress which shows how trust worthy she is! I asked that she let me know when she almost done so I could come do a walk through. This was the first time we'd met face to face. When I say the house was immaculate!!! I could not have asked for a better service. She did exactly what she listed, even sat things aside in a very organized fashion that she thought we might still need! Cindy is amazing! I can't say enough about how incredible she was at working with me to tackle all the piles of "stuff" that had been overwhelming me forever. She has creative, "do-able" organizing solutions that you can maintain afterward. She understands how tough decision-making can be during a decluttering session and is able to get you to push through it, without being judgmental or overbearing. Amy has helped me do what I've been wanting to get done for decades. Room by room she has helped me make decisions I've been masterfully putting off for many years: what to keep, what to sell, what to give away, what to get done, where to put the stuff I keep so I can actually find it when I need or want it, and so on. She organized and coordinated the removal of the furniture and stuff I had chosen to give away or sell and got hundreds of dollars on the silver I had decided to sell. Amy knew when to gently nudge me forward and when to back off. I've actually hired personal organizers at times over the years but Amy has been by far the best for me. So much gets done every two hour session we have.
