Introduction: Drumming has been my lifelong passion, and I love helping my students achieve their goals, whether big or small! I believe studying drums goes beyond the instrument and includes important life skills such as learning to establish good habits for success, instilling self-discipline, and learning more about the mind/body connection and how to fully optimize it. I take a personal approach to designing each student's curriculum based on their goals and strengths and weaknesses, but also ensure my students have a solid foundation in the fundamentals, as well as a clear understanding of how to approach different exercises and scenarios. I've taught students of all levels, backgrounds, and ages, and have also prepared students for college auditions, competitions, and professional careers. I believe students are their own best teachers and strive to empower them with tools for drumming/music/life success. Let's get rockin'!
