Pro Bros were very responsive. My technician Chris was great. Straight forward about pricing which I found to be comparable to other companies. I did a dryer clean and a deep clean of every vent in my home, about 17 vents. Chris got here at about 930am. 30 minutes assessment and was done around 1pm. Pretty quick for how much he had to do. He left no mess! I can already feel the air quality in my house improving, and temperature controls. This was worth the money, and well needed.

Ben called before his arrival and presented his ETA. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the area and stated what he would do. In and out in under 30 mins. I would have liked for him to clear the lint pulled from the vent. It is unattractive to see a mound of dust outside but otherwise good service. The rain will wash it away I suppose.
