Vahid and his team at Livan Properties completed a store for us He provided transparent pricing on various options , and provided answers to the questions as we as subsequent follow-ups in a way that were easily understood. The store was completed within 2 weeks . They were on time and within the budget that they provided for us. This project was completed with a high standard. It was a very good experience he took charge of the project of renovating my condo. We picked the materials together and he kept me in the loop during the process. He was on site to receive all appliances. I did not have to worry about any thing. I would use him again. But, I do not plan on moving any time soon.
