Last year we hired Harvard Home Services to get a rental property in DC ready for new tenants. HHS delivered beautifully! We added recessed lights, replaced the tiled flooring with easy-to-maintain laminate flooring, painted the whole house, replaced the bathroom lights, painted the kitchen cabinets a bright white, powerwashed the exterior of the brick row house, and cleaned up the yard, adding weed liners and mulch. A year later, all the work done has held up great, along with tenant maintenance, so we did not have to do much more than a professional house cleaning to get the home ready for the next tenant. We strongly recommend Harvard Home Services - Dave and William are great to work with.

You pay for what you get for. Staging was done with mismatched furniture sets, incomplete rooms, and low quality products (numerous items still had goodwill stickers).Asked for matching nightstands to be put in the primary bedroom, and instead they put a wooden totem. I ended up removing it, and after I shared my unhappiness, they said that they no more furniture, and then sent me a virtually staged photo of a night stand. I would not recommend dealing with this company, regardless of pricing.
