- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Harvard Home Services offers Zero Percent financing on home staging. Everyone wants their property staged, but nobody wants to pay for it. We get it. Harvard Home Services offers a deferred payment plan whereby a small deposit is paid up front (usually $650), and the balance of the payment is paid at the end of the agreed upon term or when the property closes, whichever comes first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Harvard Home Services works on your timeline. The customer tells us when they want the property listing to go live, and we work backwards from there. We can typically stage a property in one day and provide Bright MLS-ready photographs within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
David and William are both Realtors who know and understand what it takes to sell houses. Both have master's degrees and have lived and worked overseas for a collective 25 years. We can provide business professionalism with a flair of creativity to make your property memorable.
