- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive rates within the industry. We offer a 5% discount for military, public service officers, and returning clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will have a phone discussion with our sales manager regarding the project. We will discuss details of the job, list of inventory (furniture, boxes, equipment, etc.), date and time. We will offer a quote and schedule a date/time for the job to be completed. All pricing will be transparent, no hidden fees. We will give a confirmation call 24 hours prior to the move. The customer will pay the movers on site, the day of the job, after it is finished. The sales manager will follow up with the customer to get feedback and review.
