To begin, Lauren is exceptional and makes so much of the wedding planning and the day of the celebration seamless and really perfect. My daughter's wedding reception in early September took place in a large venue (the Torpedo Factory Art Center) with over 180 guests. Lauren was the glue. She is dependable and is always thinking one step ahead of the process. I LOVED that. She helped us select a caterer, she was our month- and day- of coordinator. Lauren managed all of our logistics and really took on my daughter's wedding as her own. She is extremely organized. She kept everyone coordinated and on track. All of the vendors with whom I spoke really loved working with her. She has a sense of the "vibe" the bride would like created, together with the skills for executing it -- two qualities that I believe are ESSENTIAL for helping to plan and execute the perfect wedding. She also is a really nice person. I would HIGHLY recommend Lauren.

HIRE LAUREN if you want to have a worry free wedding day!! We weren't sure we were able to afford a week-of/day-of planner but it was easily the best money we spent. We do not know what we have done without her! Lauren is a complete professional. She took care of EVERYTHING the day of and the week leading up to the wedding- including tracking down and managing vendors, making sure key family members were happy, making sure we had time to eat, divvying up the food at the end of the night, cleaning up red wine spills, name it. Lauren handled everything behind the scenes with graciousness and tact. She also put us in touch with some of the best vendors in the business. We could not be more impressed. So many of our guests mentioned how smoothly the wedding day went and how calm we were. We are not ones to post reviews but really could not recommend Lauren more highly! Thanks Lauren for making our day so easy!

Lauren Levine's EXPERTISE and her willingness and ability to go ABOVE AND BEYOND were key to the success of my daughter's Bat Mitzvah celebration. Lauren took the time to understand what we had in mind and worked with us to help define and execute it. She offered options with both price and impact in mind. And while we hired her for catering, the reality was that Lauren served not only as a sounding board during the planning process, but really functioned as a day-of coordinator for the celebration. She was always a few steps ahead of me, solved problems I did not know even existed and always with a smile. When we booked the location for my son's Bar Mitzvah, the venue gave us a list of approved caterers. Finally a decision that was a no-brainer! Of course we would go with Festive Foods. They had catered our wedding and did a wonderful job. For the beginning of the planning process, Lauren was great. I quickly knew that I would need additional help in all aspects of the planning. And Lauren did that! I knew I was in very capable hands and especially when last minute issues came up at the event itself. She was able to put my mind at ease. Our event was wonderful and I can honestly say Lauren had a great deal to do with that!

I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough. She was the mastermind behind my son's Bar Mitzvah. She had the unique ability of interpreting my concepts and turning them into glowing realities. She is thorough, mindful of financial limits, and kept me calm throughout. More than that, she hires staff that are at once professional and personable. I felt very taken care of and was able to put my attention where it needed to be: my son, my family, and my friends.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely!!! I frequently attend conferences, seminars and industry events to stay in tune with the latest and greatest available event resources and tools!
What types of customers have you worked with?
On the Social side, all milestone events.....but my favorite are Weddings! On the Corporate side, national Conferences and Galas are my favorite!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Aside from a planner's experience, the most important thing to look for is a personality "fit". You need to really like and trust the person responsible for the success of your event!!!
