Jamaica and her team did a FABULOUS job making an amazing Peruvian inspired multi-course dinner for my wife’s 50th birthday party for 7 people. The appetizers, the main courses and the dessert were all to die for and everyone was so impressed with the flavor profiles in every bite. No question - hire her!!

the foooood was amazing. i appreciate how you made sure that my dietary restrictions were considered. everything from the flavor to the presentation you could tell was really thought out. i don’t usually just eat beans, but the three bean salad was my favorite dish, the flavors were just so expansive! very simple yet delicious. i loved how there were many different colors on my plate as i am very big on eating the rainbow
