Tropic Chef Creations was a one of a kind experience. The dishes prepared by Chef Sheldon were amazingly delicious. Through the experience from course to course, he took his time to describe each dish, noting key ingredients for awareness of what we were enjoying. My taste buds were dancing with each bite. It was so yummy. Imagine completing your 1st course and immediately receiving your next course freshly prepared and served. It was a delight to enjoy his authentic caribbean cuisine. It was elegantly displayed, creating a beautiful focal point for the dinner party. Tropic Chef Creations will bring an amazing experience to any event you host.

I had an incredible Jamaican food experience at the hands of Chef Sheldon - he knows food and he knows service! The variety of his chicken dishes, his accommodation of spice tolerances and the drinks he served and paired with the food were perfect. I felt I was in Jamaica! The appetizers he served were nothing I had experienced in a restaurant and look forward to experiencing his food again - and it is exactly that - an experience not just food. And Sheldon is so kind and thoughtful and he knows food and people, a winning combination all around.

It was excellent all around! The presentation of the food, the professionalism, and above all the amazing taste of every single dish was just simply excellent. They were also very responsive and punctual!
I am so glad I got to experience this culture. I am definitely going to continue to work with them for all my corporate and personal events.

Where do I even begin to describe the incredible experience we had with Sheldon. From the moment I walked in chef was ready with our appetizers. After my first bite I was ready to indulge!
He crafted a menu that not only exceeded our expectations but also showcased his creativity and expertise in the kitchen. Every dish prepared was an absolute delight and mouth watering! From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, each plate was a masterpiece of flavors, textures, and presentation.
Beyond the extraordinary food, he created an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that made the entire experience feel like a special occasion. His attention to detail, impeccable service, and genuine passion for cooking made our evening truly unforgettable.

It’s hard to find really good Jamaica food in the DMV and it was absolutely amazing . The presentation and thought to detail was well executed, and there was a generous amount of leftovers to share with my friends who were not at the event and they enjoyed it too.
Will definitely use him again for food in the future!
