Chris has been my personal trainer for about a year now. I was really looking for a strength and conditioning trainer that I could learn from, and Chris' style of training really lines up with that vision. I continue to have access to great sets of programs that he customizes to my needs and goals (even as they change) and that I use as a toolkit to construct my own workouts. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to all my questions before, during, and after sessions. I approach workouts now with more confidence and awareness than I did before. I highly recommend Chris!

I have always struggled with my weight, body image and working out in general, like many people I have tried a little of everything, gym memberships, personal training at a gym, Zumba classes and more. But unfortunately all those options led me to always feeling disempowered, out of place and never truly feeling seen and heard. This all changed a year ago when Coach Debbee approached me about doing a pilot virtual personal training program through her company STRNG. It’s been a year and I’m so grateful for the impact she has had on my self growth journey, beyond setting goals for myself around weight loss, toning, mobility and making life style changes in my nutrition, she has completely transformed my mindset and journey. Through her coaching I have felt heard and seen, she has taught me that working out is more than weight loss and your physical appearance, working out is a part of self care. When you dedicate time and space on building your self confidence and building physical strength and mobility you are strengthening your emotional and mental health! She leads with so much empathy and cares so deeply about each of her clients she creates a physical and emotional space for you to show up authenticity!! Coach Debbee always meets me where I’m at, even on the days when I feel like giving up. I am more enthusiastic than I have ever been about my continued self growth journey and I’m grateful and blessed to have Debbee by my side every step of the way!!

As a former college athlete, I have worked with numerous coaches and personal trainers over the years and Chris is by far the best. He conducted the most comprehensive consultation I’ve experienced and helped me pinpoint challenging but achievable fitness goals. Our training sessions are always enjoyable and I love that the exercise plan he created is specifically tailored to my individual goals. He is consistently finding new ways to challenge me during workouts and the results speak for themselves. I’ve improved my strength, balance, and seen noticeable changes to my figure. Most importantly, Chris helped me break out of the college athlete mentality and realize that workouts can be highly effective without being long and tedious. He has truly transformed the way I see exercise and its role in my life. If you’re looking for a judgement-free, intuitive, and professional personal training experience, Chris is your guy!

Debbee is an amazing trainer! She did a thorough assessment to get a baseline and then created a data driven plan that is customized to my level of fitness and my goals. She knows how to positively motivate me and I look forward to every session knowing and feeling that I getting fitter and making progress toward my goals.

Chris did a whole virtual strength training regime for myself and two friends ahead of my wedding. It was so great! We had several sessions on posture, but otherwise the checkins were up to us. I'd never done strength training before and now I do it every week, incorporated into my hiking regime. Loved the whole experience, well worth the $$!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have a standard rate for personal training services and the price decreases the more frequent the client trains with us, however, we want to make training as accessible as possible, so we have some flexibility in pricing for people who want to work with us but may find the price a little too expensive. This is implemented on a case-by-case basis.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, we outline short and longterm goals. Then, we perform a functional movement screening to assess strengths and/or imbalances in the client's movement patterns. From there, based on outlined goals and the movement screening scores, we design a digital program that best fits the client's needs and aims to achieve their goals. Finally, we meet in-person or virtually to practice the program and learn the prescribed movements - we set weekly goals for the client to work on outside of our sessions. Programs are progressed every 6-8 weeks to build on movement gains and prevent plateaus.
