They moved my spinet piano on a rainy day. They were careful and knowledgeable, yet efficient. Reasonable quote for the move as well. I’m a happy customer!Dec 15, 2020Verified

Great experience. They scheduled and moved a heavy piano from a pickup location to our house with their crew of 3. Their price was very reasonable and competitive. I would recommend their services.Dec 14, 2020Verified

Lewis Piano Movers did an amazing job moving my grand piano from the basement of my house to the street going around a very slippery grass. I strongly recommend this company because of the value and professionalism. They also came to my house on time and the communication with them have been fantastic.Oct 26, 2020Verified

These guys were great, incredibly fast and careful. I had 24 hours advance notice to move a piano from one home to another, they got it done professionally and carefully and were hands down the best value. Would 100% recommend them. Thanks Van Lewis!!Sep 23, 2020Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Price goes by miles from pick up to delivery. Stairs and corners or cranes are taken into consideration. We give you a flat rate, no hidden fees. For example if we you quote you at 225$ then that is how much you pay. Not 230$ or 250$. 225$
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? They usually call me. I get the information from them. I also have them email my the information. Where my wife gets the email writes out your paper work. She will call you or I will to confirm the details. We get you a day and a two hour time window (in case of traffic) we call you 30 mins to an hour before we arrive. Every thing we do is to ensure that the customer is satisfied and happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been doing this for years. My family and I have a combined 30 years experience. I treat everyone's piano as if it were my own.
