I have taken so many yoga classes with Stephanie Markstein because she is an amazing teacher. She is so very educated, knowledgeable, professional, caring, and she has been able to help me with my own personal body issues. I highly recommend her.
I love our weeknight yoga sessions with Brit. Her soothing voice and techniques are just the thing needed after a busy stressful day at the office. Highly recommended.
Dave is an excellent Yoga instructor. Very relaxed and not in the slightest bit intimidating to people new to yoga. Dave teaches yoga stretches but also focuses on meditation and breathing techniques that help integrate the mind and body. I highly recommend Dave!!
I have never done yoga before and wanted to give a try. Ann was the perfect Instuctor to begin my journey. She listened to my requests and was very accommodating to my ability. It’s great to work with someone with a caring heart. Looking forward to many more lessons with Ann.
I have been fortunate enough to take Danielle's yoga classes over the past few years. I find her classes challenging and fun at the same time. She mixes it up so no class is ever the same. She is very engaging for the whole class and her assists are perfectly timed and spot-on. I've also taken a series of private lessons with Danielle as well. It really helped grow my practice. Danielle has a very strong knowledge of the human anatomy and she really helped me with alignment in my poses. If you get a chance to practice with Danielle, make sure you do it.
If you are in need of an energetic and fun practice Ashley is your girl. She teaches classes with a strong theme and in depth knowledge of alignment. Ashley strives to make everyone feel welcome in her classes no matter if you are a yoga guru or just want to dip your toe in the water. Five stars for this girl. :)
Working with Michelle has been a very uplifting, educational and wonderful, relaxing experience. I don't think I would have came this far all theses years in my cancer journey without her and her classes. She is very intentative to your individual needs. I have been to many other yoga and meditation classes but nothing stood up to hers. Michelle goes way above and beyond. I was at class, received a call from the hospital regarding a blood clot, Michelle rushed me to the hospital and kept me calm and relaxed with her magical ways, her soft voice, and contagious laugh & smile. She is an angel from heaven!!!
Anna is a caring and thoughtful yoga instructor. She is great about asking about injuries and accommodates accordingly. Her voice is soothing, her directions clearly instructive, and her sessions rejuvenating!
I have had the pleasure of taking Annie's class for the past few months and have been quite impressed with her consistency over these months. She teaches with a very authentic and compassionate presence. Her knowledge of the postures and how to sequence them is also very impressive. Annie's classes flow with a great ease allowing the student to gain a deep sense of release and relaxation. I have been teaching yoga for 10 years and would recommend Annie to anyone who is looking for a deep and meaningful yoga practice.
Faye is an amazing inspiration, teacher, mentor. I have enjoyed each and every class I have attended. She takes her time to be sure everyone enjoys her "delicious" yoga! Her voice is soothing and I come away with a wonderful peaceful experience! Check her out you will be glad you did :)
Although I've taken a few classes. Most of my yoga experience has been in private lessons with Patty. She is patient, professional, friendly and a great instructor! Over the years my strength and balance have increased significantly. A great achievement for a senior citizen. This is a warm, friendly and professional studio. Hope to see you there.
I teach beginner to intermediate hatha yoga. If I travel to your house, I charge $60 for 1 and a half hour, and $45 if you go to my studio in Hamilton.
In our first meeting, I was confident that I'd made the right decision in hiring Sheila. She is highly knowledgeable, and I feel I am in safe hands with my back injury as I return to a yoga practice. Sheila has a warm personality and is lovely to work with!
I am just a normal busy mother wanting to practice and teach yoga. I am not an intimidating, trendy yoga studio that you may feel intimidated going to.

I am a former teacher, now yoga instructor. I specialize in children and people with special needs, but I love to teach them all. I believe yoga is for everyone and can greatly improve mood and focus.

Marie-Chi-Asana is named after the Sanskrit pose, marichyasana. I work primarily with beginners but welcome all levels. I like to focus on flexibility and a yummy savasana to relax at the end. I have experience working with athletes of soccer and football and am happy to meet other athletes to work with!
My classes include postures, breath work, visualization, and relaxation. I emphasize safety, comfort, and proper alignment in a relaxing, congenial atmosphere. My style makes yoga approachable for everyone, including new students, kids, seniors, and those with special needs. I use a gentle, calming, and soothing approach as opposed to an athletic one, and I have the ability to relax the entire class with my voice. Self-compassion, self-awareness, and the mind-body connection are stressed; the students experience is seen as primary. My classes are restorative, yet energizing and refreshing. My teaching demeanor is supportive, nonjudgmental, and relaxed. Whether I am teaching the novice or the seasoned student, I promote the sense of exploration and awe of the beginner. Students report they feel more peaceful, serene, balanced, and flexible, often after just one session.
