Jodi helped me pull off my event at the last minute and he gave it the same time, attention, professionalism, and consideration as if I had booked months in advance. Even though I was stressed, he countered my responses with solutions. He delivered everything that he promised and the food was also amazing! I received numerous compliments from my guests about how great the food was. He exceeded my expectations!
