Where do I start? I attempted to sell my house last year without staging and after months on the market and no contract we pulled it off. Fast forward to now, my home sold in record time and I truly believe a huge part of why was the staging. Kristy put it all together from start to finish where I couldnt envision the final product. She is attentive, professional and I would recommend and use her again in a heartbeat!

Kristy is an amazing designer!!! She has taken my home (35 years old) from a very dated and drab look, to something that I think is absolutely STUNNING! She is willing to work with whatever your budget is, and gives excellent value for money spent. She is very responsive and has a wonderful creativity in all of her design work. Kristy is always very professional and relates incredibly well to all those she comes in contact with. I am so lucky to have found Kristy and will work with her on all future projects! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We've updated our services to meet the changing market! Our staging contracts are now 45 days with weekly extensions available.
Our interior design services are available at an hourly rate. Typical projects will take 1-10 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For staging, we can typically quote and install without visiting the property if pictures or videos can be sent.
For our residential design clients we always start with an in-home consultation where we discuss needs, wants and ideas. This allows us to take measurements, pictures and start planning your designs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kristy started taking design classes when she was just 14 years old. She went onto college where she obtained her AS degree in Interior Design Technology and also studied Small Business Management.
