Introduction: I’ve been a personal trainer for almost 3 years. I was a former D1 athlete, competing in track and Field as a Sprinter for Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. I worked in Law Enforcement for 7 years and gained experience training Police Officers during ny tenure in that field. I’ve worked in health clubs and with youth teams in the US and US Virgin Islands. I currently work with professional athletes, weekend warriors, and people looking to enhance their quality of life, whether it be for weight loss or better mobility and overall functional fitness. I have trained with Coach Clarke several times; he is very professional and friendly. I reached out to him because I wanted to become a better runner and weightlifter. I have improved my times for running and have hit several PR‘s in weightlifting. Coach Clarke is very technical and patient when it comes to his training. He focuses on longevity, which for me is important because I am getting older. I highly recommend him; he’s great!
