Me and my husband are first-time home buyers. When we got to the point that we needed the home inspected I chose to find my own inspector instead of allowing the realtor to give me one of hers. So I called different companies to compare prices and see which company will be the best for me and my husband... I sent out a request for information to ESW home inspector Eric responded to the request right away by giving me a phone call . This was a Saturday afternoon that I made the request and I am grateful that Eric had time to speak with me on a Saturday . I did not want to wait till Monday because I needed the inspection right away.. Eric was very detailed by giving me information to help me make the right decision. After speaking with Eric I felt comfortable with him the first time I spoke with him so I called my husband and informed him about this company ESW.. I let my husband know that I have a good feeling about this guy.. so after checking some other company I still feel comfortable with Eric so me and my husband called Eric back to ask more questions. Eric was available to give us answers that was concerning us .. we scheduled an appointment with him and he was able to give us the appointment when we needed it . Eric went into the home and did his job he also explained everything to us that he found as soon as he completed his inspection. Eric told us that he will have the full inspection report to us within two business days and he kept his word. we was able to go back to the seller with the full report and renegotiate the price. thanks Eric I'm grateful that I did choose ESW home inspection for my first home.. and thanks for checking up on us after the inspection was over to see what was the outcome.. you did an awesome job!
