Our pricing is very customized to each client’s home and specific needs. Since every space and situation is different, we prefer to assess the details before providing a final quote. This way, you only pay for the services you truly need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to start by visiting their home to meet them in person, check out the space, and discuss their cleaning needs and preferences. After that, we provide a clear estimate and explain what’s included in our service. Our cleaners arrive on time, ready to work, and use the supplies and products provided by the client. After the job is done, we always check in to make sure the client is happy and address any feedback they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and ongoing training in both house and commercial cleaning. Over the years, I’ve learned the best techniques for deep cleaning, organizing, and maintaining various types of properties. I also stay updated on the safest and most effective products to ensure every space is spotless and well cared for.
