Great Property Management 😊 I took a chance on hiring Myrna H. to manage my rental property. She was extremely nice, professional and most of all , she heard my instructions due to the property is gated and has a strict HOA. She made sure the property was inspected , prepared, advertised and the appropriate tenant was chosen. I am looking forward to working with Myrna and her Company. I enjoy working with Tal Daniel and Maxima. Tal is very efficient, professional and has a great work ethic. In some aspects the company is more affordable than other companies (on certain tasks) and in other aspects/projects they can be more expensive, however they will work with your budget, be flexible and assist you with all of your needs. I enjoy having them as our property management company and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

Christina makes sure that the job is done. No matter what time, she’ll make sure you get an on the spot update. My personal experience was that my tenants were failing to pay the mortgage. I hired Christina with a glimpse of hope , and boy was I happy. She managed to get to the bottom of my unresponsive tenants and before you know it, payments were being made in a timely manner. It might be her smile or charm... but she gets the job done. I’m very happy that I was able to come across and select her as my property manager. Do yourself a favor and eliminate the headache of managing a property yourself and hire Christina. 5 star all the way. Ness

South Florida Property Management did an outstanding job with my post construction clean. After remodeling my townhouse, there was a huge mess to be cleaned and they blew me away. They even came back a 2nd day just to make sure every spot was checked. Highly recommend!!

I've had InvestPro Properties manage my home for about two years now, and I am very happy with their services. I heard about them from a friend of mine who also uses them to manage his property. I did interview other companies, just to make sure I was picking the right company for me and came to the conclusion that they were the most professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented property management company around. Their fee for the quality of work they do is very reasonable. One thing I really liked is that they don't markup repairs, and they even let me choose my own repair persons. The monthly rent is automatically deposited into my checking account every month with a detailed statement just like clockwork--I LOVE this. With me moving out of the area, I felt very secure handing over my property to InvestPro and they have not disappointed me.

    Miss. Morales is an outstanding property manager with her at the helm of my the 6 multiple units that I own 4 in Broward county 1 in Palm Beach county and the most difficult one in Miami Dade County which is located in Midtown. Well to be more specific it was a difficult property before Silvia started managing it for me. In a nut shell before Silvia Morales started managing my income properties I was ready to sell them and give up being a landlord.
