- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Get to know them and what their goals are. 2) Physical evaluation. 3) Check and teach proper form. 4) come up with an awesome, customized workout plan. 5) Set goals and make sure they achieve them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two fitness certifications. I also read books and watch videos on different fitness philosophies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by training my family and friends. It started off as a hobby and it is now my passion.
