Jenn is really great! I am 31 years old and in fairly good shape but I was needing some guidance in my workouts. I am not much of a gym goer and do not really enjoy working out with machines. Jenn comes to my house, she brings her own equipment, yet she is very flexible to and willing to go to your own gym as well. I have been working with her once a week since the New Year and she has taught me so much already. She has a very gentle approach yet pushing me to my goal. She is a great nutritionist, not the lecturing type, and feels like you are talking to a long time friend who has a genuine interest in you and your health. I first meet John Bruno when I was a junior in college. He was the martial arts and strength and conditioning coach at the time. He is very knowledgeable about both subjects. Part of earning his respect is remembering that if you ask him to teach you, you are the ignorant one so listen and try to do what he says. He can seem pushy at times but he does care about those he teaches. If he hadn't pushed me I would've never exceeded my own expectations. In some ways I think he may have believed in me more than I did in myself and for that I am thankful.
Liat has a warm spirit and possesses the amazing ability to explain nutritional and medical terminology in layman terms. This was very useful, because I learned how diet affected my body. I am impresses with jeff. He first filled out a health questinaire,surgeries,medicatons,etc then where I was at and what I wanted to accomplish .That took up most of 1hr,then he offered to do 1 session and to my surprise my low back wasn't hurting.the first time in 11 years.since I hired him,I had 2 sessions where I hurt late at night and 1 where I felt good.i always let him know and he adjusts the workout.each session is a little different.
Sarah's personality assessment is genius! She hit things right on the nail regarding how me and my partner think based on our personality types. Because Sarah understood how we process information, she was able to explain things in a way we understood- for example my partner is very open about religion/spirituality, therefore Sarah made sure to quote scriptures that related to whatever point she was trying to get across. I appreciated Sarah's availability outside of scheduled sessions. I also want to thank the people in the background-her family. I'm not sure how many clients Sarah has but it takes an unselfish family to allow her to be on call, so please share my appreciation for them as well. This was my first time turning to a relationship coach and overall it was a much needed experience that I would do all over again if I had to.
I'm very thankful for Ave. She has managed to meet me where I am while at the same time pushing me. That is a delicate balance to strike and she does it well. Not all personal trainers are able to work well with someone with injuries or other health issues. She can!
I attended Tammy's work out classes and healthy cooking classes and within a months time I seen a dramatic change in my health and weightloss. I would recommend anyone to her because she really does give you life changing results.
Janelle has been my personal trainer for five years. When I started training with her she developed an exercise program for me that combined fitness and flexibility exercises. That program and good diet advice helped me lose 66 pounds and become stronger and more energetic. A few years ago I had health issues that required surgery and an extended hospital stay and home recovery time.. As a result I lost a significant amount of muscle. I resumed training with Janelle early in my home recovery. She used a new training program designed to build muscle and regain flexibility while I slowly recovered from surgery. We now train using a rotating series of exercises to maintain and improve my overall fitness. Janelle is very good at what she does. She is committed to helping me maintain good physical health. And she is friendly, kind and caring.

Jennifer took the time we me and my brother to outline a program fitting our age. As seniors with health and cardiac problems we felt the types of exercise were fitting and resulted in better core strength and endurance. We were both appreciative of her knowledge in formulating an individualized regime for each of us.
I have been working with SNP for 6 months now and they have really helped me work towards achieving my goals. They have a deep passion for what they do and working with them has been nothing short of professional and focused yet in a relaxed and fun environment. Working with my coach has been so educational as I am seeing growth both physically and mentally thanks to the knowledge and guidance that they bring each week. I really love how in tune they are with MY needs and MY goals. They are all about the client and what is best for YOU. I feel like I have been somewhat difficult as I am coming back from a knee surgery and have some limitations in my training. Well the coaches at SNP have been totally understanding in building my training program and every so often tweaking it (sometimes weekly) to accommodate my finicky knee. I would highly recommend SNP to any athlete who is training for a specific event or wants to become better at their sport, or really just anyone who wants to increase their physical fitness level and learn more about their own body with regards to movement and diet.

I never felt comfortable in a gym until I had the opportunity to train with James. His diverse background of training styles made him the perfect coach for me while I navigated my way through my fitness journey. So far he's trained me to perform Olympic lifts, high volume plyometric workouts, any and all TRX-style training, body building and physique training, as well as how to properly warm up, cool down, stretch and foam roll. Additionally he totally opened my eyes when it comes to mobility, which has kept me injury-free. He's also taught me how to know when to rest and how to recognize that I can push myself just a little bit further. Regardless of your goals, invest in someone who lives and breathes this lifestyle; James can guide you because he's actually taking his own advice. I promise you'll be inspired, mentored and changed after training with this guy.
So far Joanna is a God send! She simply 'get's it' and is compassionate yet pulls out the necessary information. Along with goals and homework. I would consider her superior in her field for marriage counseling! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!
