- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should look for transparent pricing, I offer discounts and promotions, 5% off to customers booking upfront, and 10% off to senior citizens, first responders and veterans. I have no hidden fees, I consider negotiating prices, customer should understand subscription terms and take advantage of loyalty programs like reoccurring cleaning to maximize value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer involves introduction, needs assessment via FaceTime, zoom or pictures for my final proposal/quote, negotiation, contract/agreement, delivery, feedback/follow-up, and ongoing customer support via email, zoom, teams or any other means of live communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, management and entrepreneurship in 2021. So I’m not your typical corner cleaning lady. I’m very educated. I also hold a certificate in food safety and sanitation. I’m CPR certified as well. I’ve been doing this for over 25 years now.
