Dixie has done a great job in identifying qualified tenants on quick notice. She salvaged at least 2 months lost rent when my other property management group failed to inform me that my previous tenants had moved out. Dixie came in a really took charge, cleaning up from the previous tenants and securing new ones. I would recommend Dixie to others looking for a reliable and hard working manager.

    My wife and I have been very impressed with All County in Sarasota. I like their professionalism and timeliness which are two very important qualities when getting a property rented. I knew I made the right decision to sign up with Foxworth when they rented one of my properties in less than 2 weeks and my second property he had a renter in one week!
