When State Farm initially denied the claim, Eric guided me through next steps and connected me with a great legal teamultimately leading to the roof being fully covered and replaced.He laid out multiple product options and helped me choose the best fit, with a strong warranty. Eric has been amazing. He inspected and fixed my roof after the hurricanes. Ironically, I didn't have hurricane damage but I did have damage in a 3x3 spot due to a palm tree. When others pushed me to file a claim, Eric gave me an estimate, fixed the damage within a week and said, pending hurricanes, I'd have 3-5 years before I need a new roof.
