it was my first day, and i enjoyed it very much. Got a good work-out, and specifically liked the boxing portion. It was a good change to my work outs. It also gets rid of lots of stress!! looking forward to losing the 5lbs that wont go away.

Mike really stays in tuned with my needs and wants. My first month with him, I was amazed on the inches I lost, especially around my waist. He has me doing exercises that I never thought I would be able to do. It's nice also having a trainer that believes so much in you and what you are capable of.
