Latest Review: I wouldnt describe Dave as just a personal trainer. He is my biggest cheerleader, a great friend, a bit of a therapist, as well as an exceptionally knowledgeable personal trainer. When I started, my initial fear was physically not being able complete exercises or intimidation by the exercises or trainer. With Dave, I know that he will never make me do something beyond my ability nor does will he ever make me feel incapable. Like I said, Dave is my biggest cheerleader and is always pushing me to finish my sets/workout. Daves focus isnt solely on our time in the gym together. Hes also concerned with what I do outside of our sessions, making sure I eat right and do cardio, so I can achieve maximum results. Dave put together a customized meal plan for me based on my cooking abilities, limited time, and foods that I will actually eat. With the meal plan and Daves support outside our session, he helps me set and meet realistic goals. Dave has also been amazing at working around my busy schedule to make sure I meet with him regularly, so I can meet my goals. Dave takes the time to explain each exercise to me in laymans terms and describes which part of the body its working. He always has a smile on his face and is full of energy, even at our late night sessions. Training with Dave has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself, as I feel physically and mentally healthier. For anyone looking to get in shape, lose weight, or just figure out an exercise routine that works for them, I would recommend Dave without any reservations.
