They went above and beyond what we contracted for. We had a limited budget, but they made our balloon centerpieces look much more expensive than they were.

I worked with Rich from Bayside for dinner rentals for my wedding. We were lucky we did, because he went above and beyond his job to help us with our wedding. If we needed items he didn't have -- he got them for us anyway. If there was an issue about delivery or pickup, he attended to it personally. The decor that this man does is simply breathtaking. He can do literally anything with balloons. My husband tried and tried to stump the poor balloon artist, but Awesome Austin can twist absolutely anything! He was clean, punctual, very personable and good with kids. I loved seeing his decor. He made very precise, clean, but still artsy looking arches. His sculptures were colorful and whimsical, and the kids just went crazy at the balloon drop! Awesome Austin made my son's birthday party into an incredible family memory. I would absolutely recommend him.
