Jenn is really great! I am 31 years old and in fairly good shape but I was needing some guidance in my workouts. I am not much of a gym goer and do not really enjoy working out with machines. Jenn comes to my house, she brings her own equipment, yet she is very flexible to and willing to go to your own gym as well. I have been working with her once a week since the New Year and she has taught me so much already. She has a very gentle approach yet pushing me to my goal. She is a great nutritionist, not the lecturing type, and feels like you are talking to a long time friend who has a genuine interest in you and your health. She definitely deserves all 5 of these stars!
I first meet John Bruno when I was a junior in college. He was the martial arts and strength and conditioning coach at the time. He is very knowledgeable about both subjects. Part of earning his respect is remembering that if you ask him to teach you, you are the ignorant one so listen and try to do what he says. He can seem pushy at times but he does care about those he teaches. If he hadn't pushed me I would've never exceeded my own expectations. In some ways I think he may have believed in me more than I did in myself and for that I am thankful.
Liat has a warm spirit and possesses the amazing ability to explain nutritional and medical terminology in layman terms. This was very useful, because I learned how diet affected my body. Lynne designed a workout program for a neglected segment of the population - menopausal woman. The workouts were just right - challenging but not unattainable for my level of fitness. She also included nutritional advice and outside activities that helped our group bond and become excited about all aspects of health.

I was already in decent shape and had a good amount of fitness knowledge when I worked with Shane but who doesn’t need a coach? Shane was able to help me develop a plane and attack muscles and my goals in a different way than I had been doing which gave me considerable gains, weight loss and a better understanding of my body. Shane and I work together off and on and I’ll continue to have him as my “trainer” moving forward because of the knowledge and work ethic he brings to the table! Thanks Shane! I can’t wait until our next session.
Denise is one of the best personal trainers I know. She is highly knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and is excellent at helping clients recover from injuries with corrective exercises. When working out with Denise, I know I have her undivided attention, and I love all the nutrition advice she shares during our sessions. She has a ton of energy and enthusiasm about health and wellness, and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a fun fitness trainer!
Kevin is great. He takes the time to really assess what your strengths & weaknesses are - then works with you to improve your overall fitness level. I never felt comfortable in a gym until I had the opportunity to train with James. His diverse background of training styles made him the perfect coach for me while I navigated my way through my fitness journey. So far he's trained me to perform Olympic lifts, high volume plyometric workouts, any and all TRX-style training, body building and physique training, as well as how to properly warm up, cool down, stretch and foam roll. Additionally he totally opened my eyes when it comes to mobility, which has kept me injury-free.
