She has a vast working knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. Her ability to individualize your program, and keep you completely safe while also thoroughly challenging you, is simply unparalleled. I would not hesitate to recommend her to practically anyone, whether 20 or 90, athlete and gym rat or completely new to exercise, dealing with an illness or injury or in top shape. Amazing ability to target and isolate muscles to tighten and define them. He integrates cardio for a good calorie burn as well. I've experienced a few personal trainers and would rate Jeff as one of the best!

I've worked out with many strong personal trainers over the years and Heather is the best. She was very effective working through prior injuries, increasing strength to avoid future injury, and focusing workouts to regain lost mobility from injuries and build strength for ski season which were my primary goals. I wish she lived closer so I could work out with her again. It's been over a year since my training with Heather and I still feel stronger from it.

I'm very thankful for Ave. She has managed to meet me where I am while at the same time pushing me. That is a delicate balance to strike and she does it well. Not all personal trainers are able to work well with someone with injuries or other health issues. She can!

Ive worked with several trainers the past ten years, but Shane is the only one that got me where I wanted to be physically and also mentally. He helped me improve my nutrition and eating habits (think clean) and rebuild muscles that were just about gone due to several years of total inactivity. The weight came off and I felt better than I had in years! My endurance has really improved and now Ive incorporated kickbox ing and other activities into my workouts, but I continue to train with Shane because I know that when it comes to weight training .well, I just dont manage that important aspect of training as well on my own as when I work out with him! He knows my form, limits and strengths and trains me with efficiency so that with every rep I move closer to my goals plus hes a lot of fun!

Nick trained me for over a year. He is personable and reliable. Whenever I felt as though I wanted to quit during a workout, Nick was able to push me and give me the motivation I needed to continue. He is well versed in kickboxing and striking techniques, as well as body weight exercises, yoga poses, and HIIT workouts. He is also able to modify each work out specifically for your fitness level and he can adjust workouts depending on whether you have an injury. I highly recommend using Nick as your personal trainer.
