- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is custom quoted to the needs of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your Metro Project Manager sets the appointment, performs an on-sight visual inspection of the property, provides a written quote for replacement or repair, collects deposit to start project, pulls permits as required, orders materials, schedule crews, meets with insurance adjusters, public adjusters, and/or building inspectors throughout construction phase and after. Once we have completed the project to customer satisfaction, we will collect final payment, and request a review of our outstanding work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed including any and all ongoing continuing education requirements issued by the state. We also participate in various manufacturer training sessions to learn about the best products available for our customers.
